ABOUT THE GREENBRIER

Kayaking
Discover the thrills of kayaking with a guided paddling clinic. Grab a friend and master the two-person kayak, or go solo and feel the speed of a sleek Perception Kayak. The 2 1/2-hour clinic covers the basics of river safety and paddling on the Greenbrier or Jackson Rivers.
Aerial Adventure Course
Aerial Adventure Course participants will navigate 12 challenges, all 50 feet in the air. Choose to complete the course alone for a personal challenge or in a group as a team-building exercise. Participants exit the course by their choice of a slow belayed decent or our free fall device for the ultimate rush.
Falconry
The ancient sport of falconry is both fascinating and exciting for guests of all ages. We encourage you to get up close and personal with these majestic birds. During each lesson, you'll get the opportunity to interact with our trained hawks and falcons as well as learn the history behind this sport of kings, which has been performed for over 4,000 years.
Airfare for you and one guest, one hotel room for four nights, round trip ground transportation between the airport and resort, any hosted events and activities.
The FCCI Insurance Group's 2022 Producer Conference is a very inclusive program, but some things that would be at your expense include: food and beverages outside the planned functions, additional activities, additional spa treatments, hotel laundry, concessions at the resort, and pay-per-view movies.
Your conference invitation assumes you will attend the entire conference. If for some reason you are unable to attend the entire conference, you must contact your FCCI representative.
Yes, a spouse/guest 21 years of age and older is allowed to attend.
The last day to register for the trip is March 23, 2022.
Yes, air transportation will be provided for you and your spouse/guest to and from West Virginia. Once registered a representative from Uniglobe Travel will reach out to you via email.
If you would like to deviate from the group flight arrangements, you may request so during conference registration. This would include traveling before or after the group dates, purchased upgrades, and any other changes to the FCCI Insurance Group 2022 Producer Conference. All travel costs that are not within the FCCI group trip and air credits are the responsibility of the individual.

Travelers are responsible for their own baggage fees.
Yes, transportation from the airport to the hotel will be provided for you and your spouse/guest on Monday, April 11, 2022. Transportation from the hotel to the airport will be provided for you and your spouse/guest on Friday, April 15, 2022.
Yes, you will be required to present a credit card at hotel check-in for any incidentals not covered by FCCI.
Attendees may extend 3 days pre and 3 days post based on availability
Yes, hosted activities for spouses/guests are included in the trip. Any additional activities are the responsibility of the attendees.
Breakfast and hosted dinners are included.
Yes, you are required to attend any scheduled business meetings.
No, spouses/guests are not required to attend the business meetings.
Greenbrier is on Eastern Standard Time Zone.
